Update! We are ready to take deposits. A low deposit of £150 per person secures your place.
We are taking a low deposit of £150 to secure your place. We are running this as a not-for-profit, so keeping costs as low as possible. Our amazing lecturers are giving their time freely to enhance the experience. Places are £740 (based on two sharing - All inclusive). Single use of chalet is £975 and there is a small reduction for 3 sharers. All places are on an all-Inclusive basis in chalet style accommodation.
The balance for your trip will become due 16 weeks before your departure. A payment plan may be set up if you would like to split the cost.
Our holiday is ABTOL protected, and there is provision for name changes should you be unable to travel (up to 14 days before travel).
If you are unable to attend (without performing a name change on the booking) here is an outline of costs incurred in the terms & conditions:
70 days or more before travel - Loss of deposit
69-57 days 30% (if greater than deposit)
56-43 days 50%
42-29 days 70%
28-15 days 90%
14 days or less 100%
Travel insurance:
If new covid restrictions in your home country or in Spain means that you cannot travel, refunds will be put in place. Of course this does not cover your unwillingness to travel etc or illness in your family, if there are no new restrictions brought in, so it is imperative that all attendees have comprehensive travel insurance in place. You can get a quote for this at time of booking or make your own arrangements.
Entry requirements to Spain: (regarding covid passes etc) are available from the Spanish Government guidance page which is updated regularly. Please note that when I wrote this (January 2022) in some areas of Spain you need to show proof of vaccination or covid pass to enter certain bars, restaurants or night clubs. It is your responsibility to check that you are able to travel, and able to enjoy the holiday as you want it, before travel.
