Any information held will be minimal and directly in connection with your enquiry or booking. All data will be carefully stored in compliance with current data protection requirements. We reserve the right to share your information between ourselves to enable us to deal with your enquiry or booking. Apart from our organisers, or direct employees or freelancers working for our organisers, your information will be shared with our chosen travel agent, Elan Hemmings (or her substitute if she becomes unwell or unable to deal with your enquiry or booking) of Travel Councillors Ltd.
